Since becoming Antal’s voice technology partner, we have provided them with various telephony solutions tailored to their needs at any given time.

Initially, we implemented a local switchboard in Madrid and Barcelona with IP phones, allowing them to maintain active communications with the different actors they contacted: companies, candidates, and partners.

As their needs and objectives changed, we virtualized their communications by implementing softphones on Antal’s team terminals (computers), enabling them to make calls from their own computers without relying on a fixed terminal.

Currently, Antal has a solution in which we have integrated the voice channel into Microsoft Teams, with intelligent routing functionalities that allow them to cover all their communications more efficiently, connecting from any device and location.

Thanks to this solution, the company has achieved fully unified communications, allowing all its consultants to have much more efficient calls with candidates and companies looking to recruit new talent.
